Train tickets in Thailand and Malaysia may be issued 30-45 days prior to the desired departure and never before we have received payment for them. In practical terms, we will send someone to stand in line and buy the tickets at the station.
The tickets can not be sent electronically and are always delivered to the reception at the hotel and must be collected at the reception. Please ask at the reception after check-in.
Unfortunately we can not guarantee free seats on departure and or that you are able to sit together. Of course we will try to find the best possible solution.
The price of the ticket and the price we charge is not the same. The price we charge is including the pick-up of the tickets at the station, delivery to the hotel etc.

VERY IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING SLEEPING TRAINS/SLEEPERS

Train cabins on first class in Thailand are normally meant for 2 persons with the ability to lock the door. On second class in Thailand the wagons are not being divided into cabins. Instead it is possible to draw a curtain separating ones bed space from the rest, when going to sleep.
