Description:

The excursion starts from Hua Hin at 9 am, where you will drive about 60 minutes south through pineapple plantations and the Bang Pu fishing village. We walk from a local fishing boat to a secluded beach, which is the starting point for a 30-minute trek up to the Phrayanakorn Cave. Here you will find the beautiful ‘Sala’ (throne) built by King Rama V. Luckily there are a couple of natural ventilation holes in the roof of the cave so sunlight can enter, giving the cave a magical light. In the cave the Phra Thinang Khuha Kharuhati is located; a magnificent pavilion built during the current King’s grandfather – King Rama V’s reign. It is the official symbol of the Prachuap Khiri Khan province. An impressive sight that makes the entire trek worthwhile in itself. We return to the beach to have lunch at a local restaurant and relax before returning to your hotel.
